Reid’s Jerk Shack was established in 2015. The owner was born and raised in Portland Jamaica, he always had a love for cooking and wanted to take his skills further by forming a catering business with his family called Reid’s Jerk Shack. Throughout his cooking experiences of working with many spices and ingredients he wasn’t satisfied with the existing mass market brands of jerk spices and decided on making his own home-made jerk spice which is now known as Reid’s Jerk Spice.

 

Reid’s Jerk Shack and Spices proudly remains a 100% family owned business and is always passionate about creating the best taste and experience for it’s customers.
